My background in public health and psychiatric nursing taught me a simple truth: personal healing and system design are never separate. A person can only heal as well as the system around them allows. I joined Overstory Health because access and dignity shouldn't be afterthoughts in healthcare, they should be built into every step. I am here to provide care that meets people where they actually are, and to help build a mental health system that works for people because of how it is set up, not despite it.
