What Does Our Program Entail?

Individual Therapy

A supportive one-on-one relationship with a primary therapist is important to our treatment model. You’ll work together to understand, manage, and come up with solutions to your unique mental health challenges.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers the often life-changing opportunity to connect with peers who understand the challenges you face. Matched with those who are experiencing the same mental health condition as you, you’ll process and learn together.

Medication Management / Psychiatry

While not everyone requires medication, it’s a vital option for many. You’ll work with a psychiatrist to determine whether starting, changing, or adjusting medication would offer meaningful value to your mental wellness.

Family/Friends Support Counseling

This is an optional offering, but for some people, it’s incredibly helpful to include their close support network of family and friends in their treatment plan. These sessions help your loved ones understand how to best support you in your recovery.

Connection to Resources

We understand that there are a myriad of factors that impact your ability to achieve and maintain mental wellness. Whether you want to start a new hobby or need support finding affordable housing, we help you navigate your personal life and connect you to community resources that best serve your mental health.

Which program is right for me?
